Cancellation and Refund Policy

This text is a translation provided for information purposes; in the event of a dispute, the Turkish text shall prevail.
This policy explains how to cancel a KaliteGO subscription and in which cases payments are refunded. Provisions on consumers' statutory right of withdrawal are set out in the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

Cancelling the subscription
The company administrator can cancel the subscription at any time from the "Billing and payment" section on the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you can continue to use the Service until then. At the end of the period, your company reverts to trial limits and your records are not deleted.
How to request a refund
- Write to bilgi@kalitego.com from the email address registered to your account.
- Provide the company name, payment date and amount.
- We respond to your request within 3 business days at the latest. Approved refunds are made to the card you used for payment within 14 days at the latest from the date we receive the request.
The time it takes for a refund to appear on your card depends on your bank and is usually 5–10 business days. Refunds are made in the currency of the payment: Turkish lira payments are refunded in Turkish lira by ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., and USD payments in US dollars; we are not responsible for exchange rate differences or fees charged by your bank.
