This form has been prepared to inform you before you purchase a subscription, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By confirming your order on the payment page, you acknowledge that you have read this form and accept the Distance Sales Agreement.

1. Seller

The Service is operated from Türkiye on behalf of the seller by ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (Teknopark İzmir, İYTE Kampüsü, 35430 Urla/İzmir, Türkiye).

For payments in Turkish lira: the seller and invoice issuer is ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (Teknopark İzmir, İYTE Kampüsü, 35430 Urla/İzmir, Türkiye; Urla Vergi Dairesi 9991441373).

2. Service and prices

KaliteGO is an online software subscription consisting of management system document templates, AI-tailored document drafts and record modules. Plans and current prices:

Turkish lira prices include 20% VAT and the amount on the payment page is the total amount payable.

USD prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes; any applicable taxes are shown separately on the payment page, and the total amount is displayed on the payment page before you confirm your order. The bank that issued your card may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

3. Payment, trial and renewal

• Turkish lira: payment is made with a Turkish credit or debit card on the ZincirX secure payment page, through ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'s payment institution Tosla (Akbank). The Turkish lira plan is prepaid: it is paid once for the selected period (month or year), does not renew automatically at the end of the period, and your card is not charged again; you will receive an email reminder shortly before it ends. The next period starts when the current period ends. When upgrading to a higher plan, the unused portion of the current period is deducted from the price and the new plan starts immediately.
• Card (USD): payment is made by credit or debit card on Stripe's secure payment page.
• A 14-day free trial is offered once per company: card details are collected, but you are not charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the first-period fee is charged when the trial ends.
• The card (USD) subscription renews automatically for the same duration at the end of the selected period (month or year) until cancelled; the fee for each period is charged at the start of the period.
• You can cancel anytime from the "Billing and payment" section on the Subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. Performance

The Service is made available in your account immediately upon payment or the start of the trial; there is no physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you purchased as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the contract was concluded (the start of the first paid period), without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal to bilgi@kalitego.com within this period. In the event of withdrawal, if no documents were generated with AI during that period, the full payment is refunded within 14 days.

However, under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with your consent within the withdrawal period: if you generated documents with AI during the withdrawal period, performance of the service has begun with your consent. The trial period is not included in this assessment; if you cancel during the trial, you are not charged anything in any case.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to customers purchasing for commercial or professional purposes (non-consumers); however, the rights set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy are granted to all customers.

6. Complaints and objections

You can submit complaints to bilgi@kalitego.com. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits.
