Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: for card orders in USD, ZincirX Inc., c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, ABD, bilgi@kalitego.com. The Service is operated from Türkiye on behalf of the seller by ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.. For Turkish lira orders, the seller is ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (Teknopark İzmir, İYTE Kampüsü, 35430 Urla/İzmir, Türkiye; Urla Vergi Dairesi 9991441373).

Buyer: the person who opens an account on KaliteGO and confirms the order on the payment page, together with the company on whose behalf the purchase is made. The Buyer's details are the information provided in the account and on the payment page.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the online provision of the KaliteGO subscription plan selected by the Buyer on the payment page (plan, period and price as shown on the payment page) and the payment of its price. The Preliminary Information Form and the Terms of Use form an integral part of this agreement.

3. Price and payment

Turkish lira: the price is the VAT-inclusive amount shown on the ZincirX payment page and is charged to your card once; it applies to the selected period and does not renew automatically.

Card (USD): the price is the amount shown on the payment page (the total including taxes, if any) and is charged to your card in US dollars via Stripe. If you are eligible for a free trial, the first charge is made at the end of the 14-day trial. The subscription renews automatically for the same duration at the end of each period until the Buyer cancels it, and the price for each period is charged to the same card at the start of the period.

4. Performance

The Service is made available in the Buyer's account immediately upon payment or the start of the trial. There is no physical delivery.

5. Cancellation

The Turkish lira period doesn't renew automatically anyway; no action is needed to cancel it. The Buyer can cancel a card (USD) subscription at any time from the "Billing and payment" section on the Subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no fee is charged for the next period.

6. Right of withdrawal

A Buyer acting as a consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the start date of the first paid period. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the Buyer's consent within the withdrawal period (generation of documents with AI). Details and refund terms are set out in the Preliminary Information Form and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Disputes

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence within the monetary limits, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits. For disputes with non-consumer buyers, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

8. Entry into force

By confirming the order on the payment page, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all provisions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed; the version of the text at the time of confirmation (2026-09-28.2) is stored in the order record.
